What AR-15 Parts Upgrades are Most Important?
In my opinion the single most important upgrade for any rifle is to replace the factory trigger. There’s an old saying that gun triggers are designed by attorneys to protect firearm manufacturers from lawsuits. Most AR-15’s come with horrible triggers that are heavy and gritty.
One thing that baffles me is that shooters are eager to spend a lot of money on a new premium barrel but they do not want to spend a reasonable amount on a new trigger. Replacing a barrel and not the trigger is a waste of money. I suggest replace the trigger and see how accurate your current barrel is. The results might be surprising.
