I have a 1988 PRE BAN Colt AR 15 A2. Can someone please answer whether I can change the upper receiver to a brand new Colt flat top M4 or A3 and the lower will be compatible? If yes, Can I use the parts off the old upper receiver, and are the parts compatible? Colt manufacturing could not answer and gave me a number to call some idiot that repaired comp. 22's and also had no answers.. Thanks!
